Bonhams is now the only International Auctioneers with salerooms in Scotland. Situated in the heart of Edinburgh's neo-classical New Town the George Street premises boast four salerooms over six floors, offering a prime location for presenting goods coming up for sale in approximately thirty auctions per year. In addition, during the Edinburgh International Festival in August, they hold their annual Scottish Sale, Made in Scotland, which features over 1,000 lots sold over three days. The diversity of subject matter in this sale illustrates the tradition and range of artistic production in Scotland.

Specialists are available every day to provide sale advice and valuations free of charge and without obligation, and their dedicated Trusts & Estates Department undertakes valuations for Inheritance Tax, Insurance and family division. Sales are generally on view for two days prior to the auction from 10.00am - 4.00pm.
