It was a good strong sale with a large attendance complemented further with the sale of 350 lots of bric-a-brac in Ring 3. The 551 lots of furniture and signs sold well.  A number of mahogany and other sideboards sold at the lower end of their price range at £600 to £900 whereas Victorian and other dining chairs sold to as high as £225 each. Other prices included Edwardian 3piece bedroom suite @ £420, barometer @ £840, pine table @ £340, Victorian mahogany settee @ £720, Ogee chest @ £410, antique metal signs various from £30-100.

The 445 lots of small items also sold well. A large consignment from a collector south of the border created a lot of interest. A wide variety of entries kept the interest of approximately 300 registered bidders with an attendance of 520 at the sale.
